Old National Bank Names Bradford and Ellspermann to Executive Leadership Group

EVANSVILLE, IN--(Marketwired - Dec 13, 2013) - Old National Bank (NASDAQ: ONB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Bradford, CEO North Central Region, and Ken Ellspermann, President, Old National Investments, to its Executive Leadership Group (ELG), which is comprised of Old National's senior-most leaders and responsible for helping to shape all policy and strategy decisions for the company.

Prior to Old National, Mark Bradford was with Monroe Bank, where he served as President, CEO and Director from 1999- 2011. In addition to being named to the ELG, Bradford has been promoted to CEO of Old National's North Central Region which includes Bloomington, Columbus, Bedford, Seymour, Brownstown, Batesville and North Vernon. The region will be expanded to include the new Fort Wayne Region when the Tower Bank (partnership announced Sept. 10, 2013) transaction is completed. Bradford holds an accounting degree from Indiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Bradford has a long history of community involvement. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Bloomington Community Foundation, the Bloomington Economic Development Corporation and the Monroe County Community School Corporation Building Corporation. He is also a member of Childs Elementary School Improvement Task Force and the Indiana State University President's Advisory Board. 

Ken Ellspermann joined Old National Signature Group in February 2001 as President of ONB Investment Services. Before joining Old National, he was Vice President and Sales Manager of the Indianapolis Complex with Merrill Lynch. He also previously served as Senior Vice President, Manager of Brokerage and Private Banking with CNB Bancshares.

Ellspermann holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Evansville. He also earned an ABA National School of Bank Investments and Financial Management diploma, is a Treasury Management Association Certified Cash Manager, and is a FINRA fully registered Financial Advisor and Principal. 

Ellspermann's civic and volunteer activities include serving on the Board of Evansville's Gilda Club, of which he is a founding member. He is also very active in Kairos prison ministries. Ken has served on numerous boards, including the American Cancer Society and the Evansville Catholic Diocese, and for years he has been instrumental in helping to lead Old National's United Way fundraising efforts.
