Old Republic Declares Regular Second Quarter Cash Dividend Of 18 Cents Per Share

CHICAGO, May 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Old Republic International Corporation (ORI) today declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 18 cents per share. This dividend is payable June 14, 2013, to shareholders of record on June 4, 2013.  Subject to Board approval of each quarter's new rate, the full year's cash dividend will amount to 72 cents per share compared to 71 cents paid in 2012.

This latest dividend increase marks the 32nd consecutive year that Old Republic has boosted its cash dividend rate, and 2013 becomes the 72nd year of uninterrupted cash dividend payments.
