S&P 500 trades below its 10-day moving average, levels to watch

The index is trading below support at its 10-day moving average as we head to the noon hour on the east coast. At time of writing only one sector is trading in the green, and that is materials. Consumer Discretionary is a leader on the downside following reports that holiday sales did not grow as expected. At the current index level of 1418.47, support is at 1415.64, and then at 1411.73. Resistance is at 1422.58.
