S&P 500 trades near unchanged at lows of the session

All of the sectors in the S&P 500 are trading on the downside at noon eastern. Leaders on the downside are Energy, Health Care, Technology, and Utilities. Consumer Staples at nearly unchanged is the best relative performer on the day so far. At the current index level of 1424.68, next support is at 1421.64, and then 1417.35, the 10-day moving average. A breakdown below the 10-day, a proxy for a hand-drawn uptrend line off the November lows, would be bearish. Resistance is at 1426.76, yesterday's low.
