S&P revises West Haven, Conn. GO outlook to stable from negative


Oct 2 (Reuters) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services onWednesday revised its outlook on West Haven, Connecticut'sgeneral obligation bonds to stable from negative.

The outlook revision reflects the city's approved cuts toprevent further deterioration of negative reserves, S&P said.

S&P also affirmed the triple-B rating on the city's generalobligation bonds.
