PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA--(Marketwired - Aug 26, 2014) - Paladin Energy Ltd (PDN.TO)(PDN.AX) ("Paladin" or the "Company") refers to the Company's market announcement dated November 19, 2013 concerning John Borshoff's continuation as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer until December 31, 2014. As noted then, the Company and Mr Borshoff could agree to renew the contract for a further period of one or two years.
The Company is pleased to announce that it has today agreed with Mr Borshoff to extend the term of his employment until 31 December 2016 otherwise on the same terms and conditions as his current contract.
