Pebble Creek Mining Ltd.: Appointment of New Director and Chief Financial Officer

NEW WESTMINSTER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire -07/28/12)- Pebble Creek Mining Ltd. ("Pebble Creek" or "the Company") (PEB.V) announces that Mr. Randy Miller has resigned as the President and director of Pebble Creek and Mr. Carmelo Marrelli has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Pebble Creek would like to thank Messieurs Miller and Marrelli for their contributions to the Company and wishes them success in their future endeavours.

Mr. Robert Maddigan has been appointed director and interim Chief Financial Officer of Pebble Creek. Mr. Maddigan, who is a Professional Engineer, has extensive knowledge and experience with junior mining companies, both as a director and consultant, with overseas properties.
