Pennsylvania charges Exxon subsidiary in wastewater spill, WSJ reports

The state of Pennsylvania filed criminal charges against Exxon Mobil's (XOM) XTO Energy subsidiary, claiming that it violated state environmental laws by spilling over 50,000 gallons of drilling wastewater into a stream in 2010 where it was drilling two natural-gas wells in Lycoming County, reports the Wall Street Journal.
