Pentair Ltd. said on Monday that its shareholders have approved the payment of quarterly dividends of 25 cents each through mid-2014.
Dates for the dividend payments haven't been set, but they'll be paid for the third and fourth quarters of 2013 and the first and second quarters of 2014, the company said.
Its most recent dividend was 23 cents per share for the first and second quarters of 2013.
U.S.-traded shares of the Switzerland-based flow control company rose 37 cents to $54.17 in morning trading. They are near the high end of their 52-week range of $36.31 to $54.98.
