HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire -01/03/12)- Patricia (Pat) Neal has joined ERM's Southern Division as a partner in the Houston, Texas office, where she will lead our integrated safety services initiative. Ms. Neal brings more than 25 years of experience contributing to the success of oil and gas upstream businesses in a variety of capacities including engineering, manufacturing, business development, marketing, product management, EHS, and learning and development. She has held leadership positions with global oil field service providers such as National Oilwell Varco and Schlumberger and most recently ran her own company providing consulting services to the upstream oil and gas industry.
Ms. Neal has an MBA, International Management, from the Royal Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia, and a B.S., Mechanical Engineering Technology, from the University of Houston.

She is also a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
