TUSTIN, CA--(Marketwire -07/30/12)- Peregrine Pharmaceuticals (PPHM) today announced that it has received a letter from The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC notifying the company that it has regained full compliance with the NASDAQ Capital Market's minimum bid price continued listing requirement, as a result of the closing bid price of its common stock having been at or above the minimum requirement of $1.00 per share for at least 10 consecutive trading days. As a result, Peregrine's shares of common stock will continue to trade on the NASDAQ capital market.
