Investor's Business Daily

The oil and gas refiner said power was back at its Bayway, N.J., refinery, the second-largest on the East Coast, after Hurricane Sandy swept through the area, causing "some" flooding to the refinery. Phillips 66 (PSX) said EPS was $2.97, topping estimates by 62 cents in its first Q3 results since being spun off from ConocoPhillips (COP) earlier this year. Revenue was $42.95 bil, under estimates.
