Pinnacle Asset Integrity Services Acquires Advanced Reliability Technologies

Combined Companies Offer Clients Comprehensive Equipment Reliability Solutions

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - January 14, 2015) - Pinnacle Asset Integrity Services has acquired all interest in the reliability management firm Advanced Reliability Technologies, LLC (ART). ART, formed in 1997, specializes in the development of risk based maintenance and operations programs in many industries, including oil and gas, refining, petrochemical, water and wastewater, pharmaceutical, and electric power.

"With a strong focus on reliability centered maintenance and risk based asset management implementation, the ART team bolsters Pinnacle's offerings to our clients by expanding our best-in-class asset integrity services," states Ryan Sitton, Founder of Pinnacle. "We are excited that we can now provide to our clients a solution that has never before been available, an integrated analysis of all equipment reliability, from pipes and exchanger corrosion to rotating equipment, and I & E operations and maintenance."

Through a merger of the complementary operations, ART's employees have joined the over 400 Pinnacle employees to form Pinnacle Advanced Reliability Technologies (PinnacleART). Existing ART and Pinnacle clients will continue to be fully supported and on-going contracts will be either maintained through completion, or transitioned to PinnacleART.

"We believe that a successful merger involves not only our internal organizations, but support from our valuable clients as well," states Walt Sanford, previously Co-Founder and President of ART, now President of PinnacleART. "ART has been comprised of some of the most highly skilled reliability specialists in the industry, most of whom have over two decades of experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, water & wastewater, and electric power realms," adds Sanford. "Combining this talent with the asset integrity expertise of Pinnacle staff was a natural progression to the way that both companies want to excel in the marketplace. PinnacleART clients can now avail themselves of a comprehensive suite of proven reliability, maintenance, operations and integrity solutions, including software tools, assuring that our offering is truly the future of reliability."
