The Tropical Chicken Spinach Salad starts with Pollo Tropical's famous citrus-marinated, fresh, never-frozen grilled chicken, served over fresh spinach, with bursts of flavor from diced mango, fire-roasted red pepper, tasty bits of bacon, sliced almonds and thinly sliced red onion, topped with a refreshing pineapple-ginger vinaigrette.

For an easy, on-the-go option, the Tropical Chicken Spinach Wrap is grill-pressed with citrus-marinated chicken breast, fresh spinach, tasty bits of bacon, and melted Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, wrapped up with a flavorful cilantro-garlic sauce.
