NEW YORK, April 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Bernstein Liebhard LLP is investigating whether the Board of Directors of Power-One, Inc. ("Power-One" or the "Company") (PWER) breached its fiduciary duty to its shareholders in agreeing to sell Power-One to ABB (ABB).
