Price of gas in NH falls 2 cents in last week

Price of gas in New Hampshire falls 2 cents, a penny more than national average

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) -- The average price of gas has fallen 2 cents a gallon in the last week in New Hampshire, to $3.37.

The website Gasbuddy.com says that's a penny more than the national average.

New Hampshire prices on Sunday were nearly 36 cents per gallon lower than the same day a year ago and are 17.7 cents per gallon lower than a month ago.

The price is based on a daily survey of 875 gas outlets in New Hampshire.

The national average has decreased 13.7 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 31.2 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
