Price of gasoline drops a couple of cents in New Hampshire

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) -- The price of gasoline in New Hampshire has dropped a couple of pennies per gallon in the last week.

The average price was $3.51 on Sunday, slightly higher than the national average of $3.50.

The gasoline price website NewHampshireGasprices.com says New Hampshire's price was 21.9 cents per gallon lower than the same day a year ago. It was 15.7 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.

Nationally, the average price has increased 12.1 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 20.2 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
