Publicis said to be weighing bid for Interpublic Group, FT's alphaville says

Publicis (PUBGY) may be weighing a bid for Interpublic Group (IPG) worth $6B or more, Financial Times' alphaville section says, citing sources. Publicis is said to be working with a group of banks on a cash and stock deal that would be in the region of $15 per share range for IPG, the report says.
