ALISO VIEJO, Calif. (AP) -- Business software maker Quest Software Inc. said Wednesday that it acquired privately held VKernal, which helps companies manage virtual computing infrastructures. It did not disclose a purchase price.
Quest, which is based in Aliso Viejo, said it will run Boston-based VKernal as an independent subsidiary.
