CALGARY , Feb. 4, 2013 /CNW/ - Raise Production Inc. (RPC.V) ("Raise" or the "Company") announces that it has granted 700,000 stock options to purchase common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.42 /share. The stock options have been granted to an employee and officer of the Company under the Company's stock option plan and will have a 5 year term. Each option granted and any common shares issued under exercise of the options will be subject to a four month hold period. The stock options will be subject to certain vesting provisions.
