Raytheon has acquired privately held Henggeler Computer Consultants, further extending Raytheon's capabilities to serve the cybersecurity, enterprise architecture and systems engineering needs of customers in the intelligence community as well as in the Department of Defense. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction will not materially impact Raytheon's total company sales or earnings per share for the Q4 of FY11 or FY12.
