Longtime real estate professional Amy Haywood-Rino has been named as the division president for Darling Homes Houston Division, the company announced today.
Haywood-Rino joins the Darling team from Taylor Morrison’s Houston division, where she spent 8 years as vice president of sales and marketing for the company.
“We’re pleased to have someone of Amy’s caliber join our Houston team,” said Brett Gardener of Darling Homes. “Amy has an exceptional record of leading high performance teams and maximizing business opportunities while creating a nurturing, team-oriented culture.”
Previously, Haywood-Rino oversaw the expansion of the company’s Taylor Morrison Houston division, improving sales, closings and customer satisfaction scores while growing the division and transitioning it into a premium brand in the Houston area.
Prior to Taylor Morrison, Haywood-Rino spent six years with Ranger American, including two years as vice president. She also spent three years as a new home consultant, initially with Pulte Homes before joining Standard Pacific Homes. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
