MADISON, N.J. (AP) -- Real estate services provider Realogy Holdings Corp. said Wednesday that it named Jessica Bibliowicz and Fiona Dias to its board, effective immediately.
Bibliowicz served as CEO of National Financial Partners Corp. from 1999 until May 2013 and as its chairman from 2003 until earlier this month. She left the New York-based corporate benefits and wealth management services firm ahead of the planned sale of it to private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners LLC in July.
Dias is chief strategy officer of the online shopping service ShopRunner and has held that job since 2011.
In connection with their appointments, Scott Kleinman has resigned from the board. Kleinman, a lead partner at Apollo Global Management LLC, was a Realogy director since 2007.
Realogy, which operates real estate brokerages under brands like Century 21, Coldwell Banker and Sotheby's International Realty, had its IPO in October.
Shares of Madison, N.J.-based Realogy rose 68 cents to $48.52 in afternoon trading.
