Drawing on his 30 years of leadership experience in both public and private organizations, Caesar will bring key insights in market opportunities, strategic growth and operations to AtHoc.
Caesar has served in senior leadership positions in both industry and the Navy, including Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, U.S. Joint Forces Command; Chief of Naval Operations Transition Team; Commander, Navy Installations Command; Commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet; and Senior Vice President, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a Fortune 500 company.

Caesar is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and earned an M.B.A. from The College of William & Mary and is an M.I.T. Seminar XII Fellow in Foreign Politics and International Relations.
