Riverview Financial Corporation Declares a Cash Dividend for the First Quarter of 2016

HARRISBURG, PA--(Marketwired - Feb 18, 2016) - Riverview Financial Corporation (OTCQX: RIVE) announced that on February 17, 2016 its Board of Directors declared the payment of a cash dividend of $0.1375 per share for the first quarter of 2016. The dividend is payable on March 31, 2016 to all shareholders of record as of March 4, 2016.
