SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - Mar 27, 2013) - Barona Resort & Casino's award-winning Seasons Fresh Buffet has a new look and several new dining options including a Ship of Seafood, Baked Potato Bar and delicious daily specials.

Named "Best Buffet" by the California Restaurant Association, the 850-seat Seasons Fresh Buffet at Barona features individually-themed stations that translate into an around-the-world culinary journey. With more than 200 menu selections and exciting food stations, the buffet offers players a vast variety of internationally inspired dishes at a great value. All of the new tempting selections and more are included in the new all-you-can-eat buffet price of only $26.99.

  • Ship of Seafood: The new Ship of Seafood, an 18-foot-long seafood bar, features all-you-can-eat crab legs and peel and eat shrimp. A variety of other ocean delights such as smoked fish, bay shrimp and oysters have also been added to the seafood station.

  • Baked Potato Bar: The newly added Baked Potato Bar invites guests to help themselves to freshly baked potatoes with their choice of a wide variety of toppings including country gravy, chili, pico de gallo, broccoli and mushrooms, garlic butter and blue cheese, as well as all of the traditional fixings.

  • Daily Special Entrees: Another new feature, daily specialty entrees at the rotisserie station, will also be available and include: Monday - Chardonnay-Braised Strauss Veal Shank Osso Buco; Tuesday - Porcini-Dusted Slow Cooked Beef Short Ribs; Wednesday - Salt & Pepper Slipper Lobster; Thursday - Mediterranean-Style Lamb Shanks with Rice Pilaf, Roasted Vegetables and Pita Bread; Friday - Individual Seafood Pot Pie with Mushrooms and Lobster Sherry Sauce; Saturday - Slow-Cooked Authentic Goat Meat Birria; and Sunday - Herb-Crusted Prime Rib of Pork with Pear-Apple Chutney
