Schuff International Announces Appointment of Two New Outside Directors

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire -02/07/12)- Schuff International, Inc. (Pinksheets: SHFK.PK - News), a family of companies providing fully integrated steel construction services, today announced that D. Ronald Yagoda and Phillip O. Elbert have been appointed to its Board of Directors to fill existing vacancies. The addition of these outside directors returns the Company's Board of Directors to seven members.

D. Ronald Yagoda is currently the managing member of DryAz Consulting, LLC of Scottsdale, Arizona, specializing in strategic and financial planning, merger and acquisitions, and assisting companies in raising capital.

Phillip O. Elbert retired as Chairman of the Board from Pitt-Des Moines, Inc. in 2002. Previously, Mr. Elbert served as President of Pitt-Des Moines, Inc.
