SEI Declares Increase in Stock Repurchase Program

OAKS, PA--(Marketwired - Apr 19, 2016) - The Board of Directors of SEI Investments Company (NASDAQ: SEIC) today announced an increase in its stock repurchase program by an additional $200 million, increasing the available authorization under the program to approximately $232.5 million. Since the beginning of calendar year 2016, the Company repurchased approximately 2.1 million shares at a cost of approximately $80.6 million.
