Shellpoint Partners LLC (“Shellpoint”), a leading residential mortgage finance company, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, New Penn Financial, LLC (“New Penn”) finalized the acquisition of Resurgent Mortgage Servicing, which will now operate as Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing (“SMS”).
