SkyWest reports combined SkyWest, ExpressJet January RPMs up 4.8%

SkyWest reported that passenger boardings for January increased 6.7% to 4,496,285 compared to 4,214,301 for the same period last year. SkyWest also reported a 4.8% increase in revenue passenger miles for January, while available seat miles increased 2% compared to January 2012. The combined airlines generated 2.3 billion RPMs for the month, while ASMs increased to 3.0 billion. Load factor increased to 76.4 compared to 74.3 in January 2012. SkyWest also reported an increase of 3.4% in departures to 115,971 for January compared to 112,183 for the same period last year.
