Softbank CEO says officials in contact with U.S. regulators, Reuters says

SoftBank (SFTBF) CEO Masayoshi Son said that firm officials are in regular contact with U.S. regulators although, as his company is deals with tough regulatory resistance to a possible offer for U.S. wireless operator T-Mobile (TMUS) U.S., according to Reuters, citing comments from Son. Son has wanted to combine Sprint (S) and T-Mobile (TMUS) U.S., saying that when put together, they would able to more readily compete with the two biggest carriers.
