Songa Offshore SE : Report for the second quarter 2014
Songa Offshore SE (the "Company") reports operating revenue for the second quarter of USD 151.0 million and an EBITDA of USD 60.5 million.
"We have again delivered a strong quarter operationally with an operating efficiency of 99 %. In combination with increased cost control and reduced operating costs, we are delivering a high quarterly EBITDA. I would also like to highlight that we have closed the previously announced sale of Songa Venus and Songa Mercur and that we have received a firm commitment for the financing of the Cat D 3&4 rigs at competitive terms", says Songa Offshore`s CEO, Bjørnar Iversen.
