The 2013 SpeechTEK, CRM Evolution, and Customer Service Experience conferences open Monday, August 19 at the New York Marriott Marquis.
The co-located conferences bring together a broad range of experts in speech technology and customer relationship management for a 3-day examination of the latest innovations and strategies for customer engagement. Together, the three conferences feature more than 120 strategic and tactical customer sessions covering all of the major areas of interest in customer relationship management.
The conferences kick off with a joint keynote address at 9:00 a.m., Monday by Jeanne Bliss, a customer experience expert and author of I Love You More Than My Dog: Five Decisions That Drive Extreme Customer Loyalty in Good Times and Bad.
Also opening Monday is the Customer Solutions Expo, a combined showcase of strategies, solutions and applications from the leading providers in speech technology and customer relationship management. The Expo is open Monday, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and continues Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Organizers say that the combined events give attendees a unique opportunity to study a broad range of topics relating to customer engagement and to learn how various solutions interface in ways that can ultimately lead to new and innovative business strategies.
