STAG Industrial Unveils Acquisitions, Leases & ATM Results
STAG Industrial, Inc. STAG, the Boston, MA-based real estate investment trust (“REIT”) recently declared its acquisition and leasing activities for Sep 2015 as well as third-quarter 2015. The company also announced its at-the-market (“ATM”) stock offering results for the month of September.
STAG Industrial is engaged in acquisition, ownership and management of single-tenant industrial properties throughout the U.S. In Sep 2015, the company acquired 2 buildings located in Illinois and Georgia for around $16 million. The buildings, spanning around 301,403 square feet, were 100% occupied.
During the third quarter ended Sep 30, 2015, STAG Industrial bought 18 buildings for $108 million, covering an area of 2.5 million square feet.
In Sep 2015, STAG Industrial leased a total of 505,333 square feet, including 205,633 square feet of new leases and 299,700 square feet of renewal leases. In third-quarter 2015, the REIT leased a total space of 1.7 million square feet.
The company announced that it has not issued any shares under its ATM program since the last issuance on Jul 6, 2015.
Currently, STAG Industrial carries a Zacks Rank #4 (Sell).
