StreamTrack to Implement White Labeled DJ Platform for Scratch.fm

Marketwired

SANTA BARBARA, CA--(Marketwire - Mar 19, 2013) -  StreamTrack, Inc. (OTCQB: LUXDD) (OTCQB: LUXD) ("StreamTrack") today announced that its RadioLoyalty™ platform, one of the fastest growing internet streaming and broadcasting monetization platforms in new media, has signed a 2 year agreement with Scratch.fm to white label, administer and maintain StreamTrack's UniversalPlayer™ throughout the term of the agreement. The UniversalPlayer™ will be the core technology used by Scratch.fm as it builds its internet radio site for DJ-generated audio content. Scratch.fm has agreed to exclusively use the white labeled UniversalPlayer™ for the 2 year term. Additionally, StreamTrack will manage Scratch.fm's advertising within the white labeled UniversalPlayer™ to generate advertising revenues for StreamTrack. Scratch.fm will be paid a portion of these advertising revenues as they are generated. StreamTrack will receive a one-time $175,000 fee for the development work associated with the white-label version of the UniversalPlayer™.

The Scratch.fm site will be a platform where DJs create their own unique audio content that is broadcasted on the site as a unique internet radio station(s). Each internet radio station will use the UniversalPlayer™ as the primary monetization method. The site will include a community for listeners to search for and bookmark the DJ-generated content, the white-labeled UniversalPlayer™ as the user interface for listening, a station creator for the DJs, and an uploader where DJs can upload their content to their internet radio station(s).

Steve Nicol, CEO of Scratch.fm, stated: "We evaluated multiple companies to help us create our vision of a DJ-based community, and RadioLoyalty was the only one who had the technology and experience needed to facilitate this project. What RadioLoyalty offers is truly unique and something we could not get anywhere else. I am thrilled that we were able to reach terms acceptable to both parties and look forward to the development and rollout of this unique business concept. I believe that once rolled out, we will be able to quickly build a community where listeners get unique, original mixes from DJs with monetization tools in place to capitalize on major advertising revenue. Furthermore, by harnessing the social and viral tools that RadioLoyalty has built into its platform, I believe that we will be able to quickly build the Scratch.fm audience."

Michael Hill, StreamTrack's Chief Executive Officer, added: "As Internet radio progresses, it is clear that DJs have a tremendous opportunity to create programming that attracts listeners that identify with their customized creations. By working with Scratch.fm, our RadioLoyalty™ platform will obtain a footprint within this promising subsector of internet radio broadcasting. We are also excited about the opportunity to monetize this DJ-generated content throughout the next two years and hopefully for many years thereafter."
