Stria Capital Inc. Announces the Closing of its Initial Public Offering in Quebec and Ontario

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 7, 2012) - Stria Capital Inc. ("Stria"), a Capital Pool Company, is pleased to announce the closing of its initial public offering of 7,933,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share for a total amount of $793,000 to investors in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario. A syndicate of agents led by Jones, Gable & Company Limited acted as agents for Stria (collectively, the "Agents").

The Agents received a cash commission aggregating $79,330. In addition, the agents received 793,300 non-transferable broker options exercisable at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of 24 months following the closing of the offering and entitling them to acquire 793,300 common shares.

In accordance with Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "TSX-V"), the common shares of Stria will begin trading on the TSX-V under the ticker symbol SRA two (2) days following the issuance by the TSX-V of its final bulletin which is expected to be issued shortly.
