Since January 2014, Suncadia had 99 real estate transactions, producing approximately $30 million in sales for homes, homesites and condominiums ranging in price from $80,000 to $2 million. This is about a 30 percent increase in sales from this time last year. Since properties became available in 2003, more than 1,420 home sites, custom homes and condominiums have been purchased, with 155 of those sales taking place in 2013. Fifty-eight custom home construction started in 2013 with another 70 projected for 2014. Suncadia's median home price is $775,000, compared to the King County's median price of approximately $420,000 for a single-family home.
