Suncor Energy's board has approved an increase in the company's quarterly dividend to 20c per common share, from the previous level of 13c per common share and amended its Normal Course Issuer Bid to allow for the repurchase of up to an additional CDN$2B of common shares. The dividend is payable June 25 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 4.
