Tech companies unhappy with parts of immigration bill, NY Times says

Tech companies got most of what they wanted in the immigration reform bill, but they think the legislation overly restricts their ability to hire temporary foreign workers and lay off American employees, The New York Times reported yesterday. The companies are warning that their ability to use large numbers of temporary workers would be restricted under the current bill, and they are backing changes to the legislation, the newspaper stated.
