NEW YORK (AP) -- Time Warner Cable Inc. said on Monday that Chief Financial Officer Irene M. Esteves is leaving, to be replaced by former Time Warner finance executive Arthur T. Minson Jr.
The company said the change is effective on Thursday. Esteves had been with the company since July 2011.
Minson has been at AOL Inc. since 2009, working in various executive rolls including chief financial officer. He had also previously been a finance executive at Time Warner Cable since 2006. The cable company and internet business AOL had been under one corporate roof until 2009.
