TiVo patent litigation claim construction positive, says BMO Capital

After a U.S. District Court issued claim construction for the patent litigation between TiVo (TIVO) and Verizon (VZ), BMO Capital believes that the claim construction - which it says is identical to that issued for the DISH (DISH )trial - is positive for TiVO. The firm believes that TiVo could reach a settlement with Verizon that's similar to its prior deal with AT&T (T), and the firm reiterates an Outperform rating on TiVo.
