PLANO, TX--(Marketwired - June 19, 2015) - Torchlight Energy Resources, Inc. (TRCH) ("Torchlight" or the "Company") filed a Form D yesterday with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). SEC rules require the filing of this form to provide notice of an exempt offering of securities. The form described the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock offering just completed. That offering is closed and the Company is not selling any additional shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock.
