Toyota Motor (TM) settled a sudden-acceleration lawsuit stemming from a 2010 fatal crash in Utah that was scheduled to go to trial next month, according to an attorney for the plaintiffs, reports Bloomberg. Since November, Toyota resolved at least two other unintended-acceleration lawsuits, agreeing to pay more than $1B to settle claims over economic losses to car owners and investors.
