The 2012 Holiday Rental Professionals Seminar was conceived during an organizing event of 40 industry professionals held in Rome, Italy, and is hosted by the Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA). VRMA organized quality programming that met the needs of professionals at all levels of the vacation home rental management business. Barcelona served as a fantastic location to meet, network, and experience life on the Mediterranean Sea.
Webb's Future Focus Utilities sponsorship, along with other contributors, helped make the seminar possible. Future Focus Utilities started out as a beta program to help Utah Vacation Homes' home owner clients lower their fixed costs on electricity, natural gas, telephone, internet, TV, security and other services. Telecom deregulation started the opportunity, and energy deregulation has changed the product portfolio to include the biggest industries on earth.
