TravelCenters of America LLC Announces Annual Meeting Results

WESTLAKE, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

TravelCenters of America LLC (TA) announced the results of its annual meeting held earlier today as follows:

Mr. Patrick F. Donelan was re-elected as an Independent Director.

Shareholders approved a proposal to amend TA’s limited liability company agreement to allow uncontested elections for Directors to be decided by a plurality of shares voted, provided a quorum is present at the annual meeting.

Shareholders also approved the ratification of appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as TA’s independent registered public accounting firm.

TA’s travel centers operate under the “TravelCenters of America”, “TA” and “Petro” brand names and offer diesel and gasoline fueling services, restaurants, truck repair facilities, stores and other services. TA’s business includes travel centers located in 41 U.S. states and in Canada.
