Trinity Bank Declares Third Cash Dividend

FORT WORTH, TX--(Marketwire - Mar 27, 2013) - Trinity Bank, N.A. (OTCBB: TYBT) announced that on March 26, 2013, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $.25 per share. The dividend will be payable April 30, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 10, 2013.
