True Religion (TRLG) is being circled by potential suitors, including director Marcello Bottoli, which is backed by Advent International in a move to take the denim label private, the New York Post reports, citing sources. The company accepted first-round bids this week, and sources say Carlyle Group (CG), Apax Partners and Leonard Green & Partners were also interested.
