The 10 TRW sites honored with the award include:

- Langfang LVLB, China – brake systems
- Anting, China – brake systems, slip control systems
- Beckedorf, Germany – engine valves
- Bricherasio, Italy – air bags, steering wheels
- Marion, Va., United States – steering systems
- Incheon, South Korea – fasteners
- Orleans, France – engine valves
- Czestochowa, Poland – air bags, seat belts
- Koblenz, Germany – brake systems, slip control systems

GM's Supplier Quality Excellence Award is focused on improving collaboration with suppliers. Winning suppliers, including all 10 of the TRW facilities, met more than 12 quality criteria during a 12-month period that ended on June 30. This is the second year GM is honoring suppliers who are making noteworthy contributions to GM's goal of providing the best overall customer experience in the automotive industry.
