Twin Disc posts loss of $2.9 million in second quarter
RACINE, Wis. (AP) _ Twin Disc Inc. (TWIN) on Tuesday reported a loss of $2.9 million in its fiscal second quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Racine, Wisconsin-based company said it had a loss of 26 cents. Losses, adjusted for restructuring costs, were 21 cents per share.
The power transmission equipment maker posted revenue of $33.7 million in the period.
Twin Disc shares have increased 19 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 57 percent in the last 12 months.
