The microblogging social network agreed to acquire TV advertising analytics company Bluefin Labs for an undisclosed price. Twitter's COO wrote in a blogpost that Bluefin will help Twitter "create innovative new ad products and consumer experiences." Shares of No. 1 social website Facebook (FB) rose 1.4%.
